Danielle D’Aquila is a Managing Director at RPN. Prior to joining RPN, Danielle was a Partner at Brown Rudnick LLP where she successfully litigated complex legal issues for clients while mitigating risks and achieving business goals. Danielle was actively involved with Brown Rudnick’s attorney recruitment and mentoring programs. Danielle also co-chaired Brown Rudnick’s Women’s Initiative, where she developed programming to increase diversity within the profession and promote leadership opportunities for women lawyers. Through her experiences, Danielle became a valued and trusted resource for attorneys seeking guidance in connection with their professional development and career goals.
Danielle pivoted her career to focus on the aspects of being a lawyer that she found most rewarding: relationship building and professional development. During her time as a Big Law partner, Danielle cultivated strong, lasting relationships within the legal community. These relationships and her deep knowledge of the legal industry uniquely position her to help candidates and clients find their ideal match.
Danielle graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University in three years with a degree in Legal Studies in Business, and magna cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. Danielle maintains strong ties to St. John’s and is a founding member of the St. John’s Law Alumnae Leadership Council, a collective of women alums dedicated to supporting the advancement of St. John’s alumnae and students. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling, hiking, live music, baking, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog, Ziggy.
