Claudia Restrepo is a Managing Director at RPN. As a recruiter, her primary goal is to fully understand the candidate’s needs to help them make the best possible career decisions.

 

Prior to joining RPN, Claudia was a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray in Boston, where she worked on a wide range of deals, including capital markets, finance and private equity.

 

Claudia received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. Before law school, Claudia spent 6 months traveling throughout South America and teaching English at a high school in Medellin, Colombia. Claudia holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan.

 

Claudia now lives in sunny South Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, watching football (Michigan Wolverines on Saturday and Miami Dolphins on Sunday), working out and going on walks with her rescue dog, Penelope.
